The main goal was to optimize the 30+ websites of the Terra Group tourism agencies. As Director of Web and Communication of Terra Group, I coordinated the project.
We developed a web template linked via an API to our ERP, downloading automatically information from our system, allowing us to save a lot of time in data entry.
We created a master template in a hub, meaning it has to be updated only once and the same changes are applied to all websites that use the template.
This project was successfully implemented, allowing all agencies of Terra Group to save a lot of time in their website management and data entry.
I was responsable for the migration of the content of 2 websites to one new template.
The goal was to clarify the structure, organise the information, and not lose in SEO.
I managed the transfer and integration of the content, texts and images, handled the debug of the template, organised the redirections from the 2 websites.
I set up the new analytics and ads tools for the website.
I managed Atypika Social Media during a period of time, with a number of successfull Facebook campaigns.
I was hired by a peruvian art gallery, Dédalo, to built their e-commerce website from scratch.I built the entire product database ( more than 10K unique products) and website in WooCommerce.
I set up shpping costs, inventory, payment systems. I later moved the website to another CMS, Samishop, following the company strategy, and implemented the new website as well.
I managed Dédalo’s social media (posts, stories, videos, campaigns), obtaining 20K followers on Instagram.
Handling of social network campaigns and Google Ads Grant campaigns (10K USD monthly) for NGO Alphabetical Order of Lebanon.
Google My Business optimization for a Pole Dance Studio in Lima. After optimization, the school was first to appear on Google suggestions for “pole dance Lima”
Community management & content creation for the Dédalo Art Gallery. The community grew by several hundred followers weekly.
